Pacesetter Chapter Recognition

The Pacesetter recognizes a Chapter’s success in the areas of membership, national participation and/or Chapter development. Chapters may be nominated by members or the PRSSA National Committee.

Deadline: Recurring through academic year (September-April)

Eligibility

To submit this application (Word or PDF), the Chapter must have fulfilled at least one of the following qualifications:

  • Increased Chapter membership by 5% or more.
  • Participated in PRSSA/PRSA “themed” month (e.g., PRSA/PRSSA Relationship Month in October)
  • Differentiated Chapter via strategic Chapter development or Chapter improvement.
  • Participated in a National initiative.
  • Put forth substantial effort into promoting a cause, event, theme, etc. through the Chapter.

Application

The application (Word or PDF) form must be received by the PRSSA Manager of Student Programs Jessica Espinal by the last day of the month the qualification occurred in (e.g., the qualification occurred Feb. 6; the application must be submitted by Feb. 28). The application can only be submitted during the academic year (September-April).

All applications must be typed; handwritten forms will not be accepted. Changes in the size or format of this form will be grounds for disqualification. Supplementary pages will not be accepted.
