Vice President of Member Services
Allyson Berry, 2017-2018 vice president of member services, is a senior at Colorado State University (CSU) in Fort Collins, CO. She will graduate in May 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in English with a concentration in composition and a business administration minor.
After transferring to CSU from Texas Tech at the end of her freshman year, Allyson jumped into CSU PRSSA. Immediately after joining, she attended National Conference in Atlanta, GA and served as her chapter’s delegate at National Assembly in Austin, Texas. She was elected to serve as President the following year, where she ran a large fundraising professional development sessions, secured more than 12 professional speakers, coordinated meetings and grew membership by over 200%. She attended National Conference in Indianapolis in 2016, which gave her great understanding of how impactful being involved with PRSSA on a national scale can be.
As vice president of member services, Berry seeks to enhance the affiliate program, improve membership retention, provide meaningful and useful recruitment tools and sessions and increase scholarship and award application,
Berry has held internships at the Federal Reserve Bank, Colorado State’s athletics department, Arrow Electronics and for Jane Dvorak, PRSA National Chair.
When she’s off the clock, Berry loves to cook, get passionate about Dallas Cowboys games and travel around the country spontaneously with her mom. She’s on a mission to find the greatest taco spot in every state.
