Carolyn Lok, 2020–2021 National President, is a senior at the University of Florida. She is majoring in public relations with a minor in leadership and a business concentration.
Lok previously served as the 2019–2020 vice president of digital communications where she managed and strategized social media content across all the PRSSA National channels.
Aside from PRSSA, Lok also serves as one of the operations managers at The Agency at UF, a strategic communications firm housed within UF’s College of Journalism and Communications. She also works for the college as its communications assistant where she helps with social media, graphic design and video production.
Lok has also held various internship positions, the most recent being the PR intern for the Royal Embassy of Cambodia in D.C. After graduation, she hopes to work in digital and social media marketing to contribute to champion the efforts of diversity and inclusion in the communications industry.
When she’s not at the CJC, you can find her fist-pumping at local concerts, indulging in every one of Michael Cera’s filmography or on her personal conquest to find the best iced vanilla latte.
